Best no nonsense book on eating and living well I have ever purchased. The first 2 pages alone can be life changing if we are open to a simple, easy to follow new way of looking at how we care for our bodies. Dawn is such a rockstar in my world because she makes everything so doable. I first came to know her on My Diet is better than your Diet where her plan was by far the most simple and doable and I was thrilled when it bear out all the others! I've been waiting for the book for months and it has exceeded my every expectation! I can't wait to try every EASY recipe! Your ideas are making a difference, Dawn--keep them coming!

Love this book! I did a preorder and was thrilled when it arrived. It is so helpful to see pictures of recipes and the way it is organized helps a ton with actually following through with the diet!
