Excellent quick reference on cult belief systems
By Jeffrey R. E. Morgan
Find It Quick is a book that should be in every Christian apologist's arsenal. It is a quick reference that lists 40 different cults / religions and their beliefs. Whether you are just beginning to learn what other religions believe or you need to brush up on the specifics of any one religion this book aims to provide a quick, concise definition of each.
The descriptions of each of the cults / religions beliefs are written in a logical, easy to understand way which helps in the process of defending Christianity and knowing how to share my faith with someone whose beliefs differ from my own.
Each of the definitions categorize the different groups in the areas of The Bible, God, Jesus Christ, The Holy Spirit, Humanity, Sin and Salvation, Death and the Afterlife, Angels and Demons, Church-Related Issues, Prophecy, Truth, among others.
I found this book extremely helpful in my quest for quickly breaking down the beliefs of a cult / religion into a manageable size. This book helped me to realize Christian Scientists believe, "The human Jesus is not the divine Christ. Jesus, a mere human, embodied the Christ, which constituted the divinity of the man Jesus." (p.60).
This is a marked departure from Biblical Christianity which affirms, "but these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name." John 20:31 (NKJV)
At the end of each chapter are "Apologetic Power Points". These are a list of items that sum up the differences between Biblical Christianity's beliefs and those of a particular group. One of the great strengths of the book are the power points as they quickly let anyone see how Biblical Christianity differs from the studied group.
Each of the power points are spoken of in detail in the last chapter of the book. There are a total of 118 used throughout the book as they relate to each group. My only minor criticism is with the way in which the power points are listed at the end of each chapter.
In the case of Unitarian Universalism, chapter 37, one of the power points is "Universalism is False". How this specifically relates to Unitarianism is never explained. I point this out because it is also not explained how it specifically relates to the Unification Church which is in chapter 36.
I would have liked to see each power point explained in the containing chapter as it relates to the specific cult / religion. I must admit that this would probably have made the book 2 to 3 times larger.
I highly recommend this book to any apologist. One of the things any apologist cannot do without is information. This book will definitely help all Christians in defending our faith by making it easier to explain the differences between what we believe and what others believe.

Very informative.
By K. F. Pete
This book comes from an author who I very much recommend. The book is more suited to be a quick reference guide to cults more than world religions. Information regarding cults, such as Mormons and JW's, range from their history to their beliefs. Included in the back of the book is a list of 118 cult beliefs and practices that are refuted using scripture. Though the book does not deal with world religions it is a handy reference guide to cults and religious sects.

Does the job quite well
By John Wolf
I run a website and also do a bit of evangelism/apologetics. One of my tasks is to dialogue and or send letters to the cults, and false churches in my area (Denver, CO) of which I have no small task. This book is perhaps the best for giving a overall synopsis of the major cults. While this book does not address Progressive Liberal "Christians" (Gay/Homosexual), the emerging church, the word of faith movement, and such I have other books that touch those groups. So for the task this book has set out to accomplish I absolutely love it and find it superior to my other books on the topic (So Whats the difference?, Josh McDowell book on the cults). The apologetic power points are especially helpful to defend Biblical Christianity. My major gripe of the book (despite all its praises) is a lack of a topical index in the back. Surely this would have been quite helpful. I recommend this book to not only the bible college student, but to those wanting some good information on the cults, but also those doing the same thing I am doing, and that is challenging the cults in their area and proclaiming Christ to them.
